| REDUCE YOUR CAM FEES WITH OUR RECYCLING PROGRAM |  | SCBC Property Management, in an effort to reduce on the CAM costs, is planning to join the City of Brentwood in its effort go Green. In addition to benefiting the environment, SCBC Going Green should reduce monthly CAM cost for trash disposal on SCBC.
