This event will feature music, bounce houses, a giant slide, laser tag, a rock climbing wall, games, a petting zoo and pony rides. There will be food and craft vendors. Entertainment will include performances by local martial arts, cheer and dance schools. The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display. Website

The of Antioch presents the 11th Annual Antioch Fourth of July celebration. This family-friendly, alcohol-free event draws hundreds of people who line the street to watch dozens of participant organizations strut their stuff. Fireworks will begin after the celebrations.

Brentwood Corn Festival

A summertime barbeque is just not complete without some sweet Brentwood corn. Brentwood is probably where a large part of the bay area's corn supply comes from. General admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors 62 and above. Kids aged 5 and under get in free! There is a host of activities and great entertainment during the 3-day event. This year, partake on fun-filled events such as tractor races for the kids, car show, cook-off, carnival rides, petting zoo, entertainment, and many more.
