 Mobile Mall To Serve Those In NeedThe Mobile Mall will roll into Brentwood on Saturday, Nov. 20 from 10 a.m. to noon in the multipurpose room at Pioneer Elementary School, 2010 Shady Willow Lane. Intended to serve the entire Brentwood community, the Mobile Mall provides free to those in need: clothes, shoes, coats, jackets, children’s toys and books, linens, miscellaneous items such as belts, bags, small kitchen utensils, plus appliances and furniture. Fundamentals Of GPS Navigation Class
Thursday December 2nd 6:00pm
Join an REI Outdoor school instructor as they lead you through the basics of GPS navigation. Learn how to use your pocket-sized navigator to pinpoint your location, mark waypoints, plot courses, and create routes. Learn about using online maps and transferring route and waypoint information to the GPS. The instructor will review the features to consider when choosing a receiver and introduce you to some of the fun and practical applications of using a GPS unit in your outdoor activities. At the end of the session, you will get hands-on experience outdoors with a GPS. If you own a GPS unit, please bring it to the class. Some demo GPS units will also be available. This is an in-store class.

The Discovery Bay Community Presbyterian Church proudly presents its 2010 Holiday Home Tour. This year will mark the 10th anniversary of this event. In order to celebrate this special cornerstone day, special prizes will be offered along with our traditional prizes. Ticket prices are $20 and can be purchased in advance but also available at the door. Visitors and guests will be greeted with a program and a map directing them to six festively decorated homes. Following the tour, musical entertainment, refreshments, door prizes and opportunity drawings will be offered. Some lucky winners may choose their own prizes. Others will be given a chance to win from an array of lovely gift baskets. Proceeds from this event will be used by the church for community projects.

Breakfast with Santa is a fundraising event for elementary aged children hosted by the Brentwood Senior Center. Tickets can be purchased and picked up at the stores of our generous commercial sponsors.

The Pacific Masterworks Chorus invites you to their premiere event. They will perform carols from various composers and arrangers under the direction of Dr. Greg Lyne. Their guest performers will be Liberty High School Chamber Singers under the direction of Ms. Sue Stewart. Special guest performer is Ms. Danielle Naler, pianist extraordinaire. Pacifc Masterworks Chorus is comprised of a talented group of high end singers working together to master the best art of sound possible in the choral style. There will be a pre concert reception with a no host bar and hors d'oeuvres for $20, concert only is $15, children aged 12 and under $10.
